Pultruded Profile
Putuded profiles, or pultuded structural profiles, are composite material. They are made through a continuous process called putrusion. This processinvoves puling fiber-reinforced materials through a resin bath. Then, they go through a heated die to form solid, constant cross-section profiles.
The most common resins used in pultrusion include:
Polyester
Vinyl Ester
Epoxy
Polyurethane
Each type has its own properties, with epoxy offering the highest durability and chemicalresistance
The main applications and properties of fiberglass reinforced pultruded profiles: FRP pultruded profiles are mainly used in fields such as chemical anti-corrosion, power insulation, building structures, and transportation. It features light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, good insulation, excellent weather resistance, dimensional stability and strong designability. It can be made into various cross-sections such as I-beams, channel steels, round pipes and square pipes, and can replace steel in corrosive environments, electrical equipment and lightweight structural components.
Pultruded Tube

The extruded tubes offer high strength, light weight and corrosion resistance. They are ideal choices for industrial applications. They come in various sizes and can be cut to the desired length and customized.
Pultruded Rod

The extruded rods are sturdy, have certain bending resistance and are lightweight, straight. They are suitable for many high-strength applications, such as reinforcing equipment, tent poles and greenhouse supports, etc. They are corrosion-resistant and come in various diameters for selection, and can be customized.
Square Tube

The extruded square tubes have the characteristics of high strength, light weight, corrosion resistance and wide application. They are used in frames, support structures and trusses. They can resist environmental erosion.
Pultruded Angles

The angular stretchers are L-shaped profiles used for supporting and constructing structures. They are sturdy, rigid and corrosion-resistant, and can be customized in size, making them suitable for various structural applications.
I/H beam

The extruded I/H-beam structure is sturdy and has good rigidity. They are used in the construction and engineering fields to bear heavy loads. This material has high strength and light weight, and can resist various environmental factors. It can be customized.
C beam

This C-shaped steel structure formed by extrusion is sturdy and has excellent rigidity. It can withstand heavy loads. This material has high strength, is lightweight, and can resist various environmental factors. It can be used in acidic and alkaline solutions. It can also be customized according to requirements.
Pultruded Rectangular Tube

The stretched-formed rectangular tubes are sturdy and very lightweight. They are highly suitable for use in structural frameworks, enclosures and packaging, and can serve as supports in acidic and alkaline environments. They are capable of withstanding various corrosive factors in the environment.
Pultruded Gratings

The extruded grid provides a slip-resistant and sturdy surface for walkways and platforms. It features safety, corrosion resistance and ease of installation.
Glass fiber tool handle

The glass fiber tool handle is a type of tool handle made by combining glass fibers and resin. It features light weight, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance. The production materials of the glass fiber tool handle mainly include glass fiber cloth, resin, and fillers, etc.
FRP Rebar

Glass fiber reinforced plastic (GFRP) reinforcement is a material composed of glass fibers combined with resin. It is commonly used as an alternative to traditional steel bars. Its main components include non-alkali glass fibers and resin matrix (such as epoxy resin or vinyl ester resin), and it features high strength and low weight.
Fencing Railing

Railings are an ideal choice for protection. Their sturdy structure makes them excellent for road dividers and protective barriers. These railings typically have three types of fillers: circular, square, and rectangular tubular.
FRP profiles are used for many more purposes.
