What chicken egg carton models do you offer?
We produce 20 clear PET chicken egg carton models holding 4, 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, 15, 20 or 30 eggs. Each count comes in a medium-egg version (43 mm cells, 50–60 g eggs) and a large-egg version (45 mm cells, 60–70 g eggs); the 30-cell family also offers large/small/vertical label areas and a carry-handle version. Will the cartons fit my egg size?
Medium-egg models use 43 mm cells for eggs of 50–60 g, and large-egg models use 45 mm cells for 60–70 g eggs. If you pack a different weight class, send us a sample egg specification and we will confirm the fit or quote a custom mold.
Are the cartons food-grade?
Yes. All cartons are made of food-grade clear PET suitable for direct contact with eggs. Each model has a snap closure that stays shut through filling, transport and shelf handling.
Can I add my own brand or labels?
Yes. Most models have a flat, label-ready lid; the 30-cell family offers dedicated large, small and vertical label areas. We also support OEM/ODM customization including custom molds, colors and logo printing.
What is the packing quantity per carton?
Confirmed models are packed from 800 to 1,800 pcs per carton (e.g. SSWWJ-4M: 1,800 pcs/ctn, carton size 210 × 650 × 930 mm). For models marked “on request”, contact us and we will confirm the packing data within hours.
